The Idea

Festivals are a growing trend in today's events throughout the US and the World. Music Festivals in particular have created a culture for people to feel relaxation, excitement, happiness, and even more experiences through music and art. I plan to document my goal of establishing an annual music festival that includes camping, arts, sports, and vending with arts and crafts from local and international vendors. This documentation of "A Fesitval's Beginning" is to show the difficulty of running such an event as well as the great accomplishments that come. Florida seems to be the testing ground for such an event. With year round weather worthy of such outdoor events the opportunities increase and the locations increase. One location in particular sticks to mind and that is Spirit of Suwannee Music Park. A prebuilt campground with stages, disc golf, minature golf, a bar, a cafe, and more on 700+ acres, the location sells itself. Stay tuned for more updates to the beginning of a new music event.
